Your Two-Part Subscription

Your subscription includes:

1. Access to this password-protected Web site, which will be updated (a) monthly with the latest issue of Report on Patient Privacy , (b) quarterly with new or revised content for narrative chapters, and (c) periodically (as needed) with links to new or revised government documents.  
2. The industry-leading monthly Report on Patient Privacy, a PDF of which is also stored on this Web site. Subscribers receive a monthly e-mail on the day of publication informing them that a new issue of the newsletter has been posted on this Web site.

If you are not receiving this e-mail notification, or have not received your username and password, please contact customer service.
